Direct Care Professionals - Part Time/Evenings
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
$21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)
Schedule: Sunday 12pm-8pm, Thursday, Friday 3pm-8pm
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED- We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

What do I need to join the team?
  • Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
  • Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
  • A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
What Does the Job Entail?
You Will Be Part Of a Team Supporting Adults With Development Disabilities In a Residential Program. Direct Care Professionals Provide Assistance With Daily Activities And Ensure a Structured Routine That Includes

As a Direct Care Professional, You Will Provide Opportunities For Individuals To Integrate Into The Community And Enjoy Outings That Interest Them. Examples Of Some Outings Are
