Direct Care Professionals Part Time Days
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour; $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED – We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.
Employment Type: Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem. Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Requirements to Join

- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record

- A TB screening and physical required upon hire, with a TB update every two years after
Job Entails
You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
- Individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
Community Outings
As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples include:
- The Movies
- Shopping
- Dining out
- Baseball games
- Bowling
