People Inc. is accepting applications for the position of Project Development Associate for its Affordable Housing Development department. The position provides technical, administrative and project development support services to the tax credits program teams for investment and housing initiatives. The Project Development Associate maintains the development team\’s filing system, processes and tracks invoices, acts as liaison with Property Management, assists with project management, and organizes due diligence associated with loan closings, equity draws and funding opportunities for housing. The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of, or curiosity to learn about, housing development, and a self-driven nature with the capacity to handle multiple assignments. An undergraduate degree in a related field; however, experience will be accepted in lieu of educational requirements unless a third party prohibits the allowance.
