People Incorporated of Virginia is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Classroom Coach/Behavior Specialist- Head Start at our Abingdon, Virginia office. The position will provide support to the Early Childhood Education & Wellness Coordinator to ensure that classroom staff understand and implement key educational strategies to meet the needs of individual children; provide direct coaching and modeling to classroom staff; monitor for effective lesson planning and classroom management and support mental wellness and disabilities services in classrooms.

Associate degree in Early Childhood education or related field and appropriate experience required.
