People Incorporated is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Specialist to lend support to a fast-paced rental management office. Primary duties include:
- Answering incoming calls and emailed inquiries
- Preparing invoices for payment for 32 affordable rental properties
- Opening and routing mail for department staff
- Maintaining organized files
The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Position requires attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills as well as strong time management and organizational abilities. An associate's degree in business management or similar degree and one to three years' experience in an administrative support role are preferred. Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
