Direct Care Professionals – Part Time Evenings
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
$21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)
Schedule: Saturday 9am-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm

What do I need to join the team?
- Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
- A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
What Does the Job Entail?
You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
- Individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
What are Community Outings?
As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:
- The Movies
- Shopping
- Going to Dinner
- Baseball Game
- Bowling
