Direct Care Professionals – Part Time/Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
$21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule: Sunday 9am-11pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED- We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem
2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Requirements to Join Our Team

• Be compassionate and enjoy making a difference
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and Physical upon hire; TB update every two years

Job Responsibilities

You will support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, providing assistance with daily activities and ensuring a structured routine that includes:

• Community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with daily living activities
• Personal care
• Medical appointments

Community Outings

Provide opportunities for individuals to engage in community activities such as:

• The movies
• Shopping
• Dinner outings
• Baseball games
• Bowling
