MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Order Processor to join an established manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors based in the Birmingham area.
Order Processor role:
- Joining an order processing team and working within an open plan office you will respond to customer enquiries, providing product information and advice as required
- Check order requirments & specifications and process accurate window and door quotations / orders using Business Micros Evolution and LogiKal systems
- Checking prices and sending orders to 3rd party suppliers where required
- Maintaining great relationships with customers and suppliers
- Wider administrative support including answering incoming calls, responding to customers., following up quotes and updating customers
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience of order processing windows and doors using business micros system (or similar) is essential
- SPecific experience with Aluminium windows is a great advantage
- An understanding of window and door products and relevant regulations
- The successful candidate will be methodical, accurate & efficient in approach and have great people skills
- Salary band is £26-£27,400 depending on skills & experience
- Hours of work are 08.30-16.30 Monday to Friday
- 25 days annual leave, plus statutory (33 days in total)
