We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to join our Count Me In Service (One-to-One Support). This exciting opportunity is open for individuals available to work daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
What the Role Involves
As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide personalized one-to-one support tailored to each member’s needs and aspirations.
Work with members with mild to complex needs, including learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and mental health challenges.
Empower members to:
Enjoy leisure activities (e.g., meals out, cinema trips, community events).
Access education and pursue personal goals.
Please note: No personal care is involved in this role. No two days are the same. Your role will require creativity, flexibility, and a proactive approach to connecting members with local services and opportunities.
