Merlin Entertainments, a global leader in location-based entertainment, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as Talent Acquisition Coordinator! This position will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts across the UK. A successful candidate will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, including onboarding, job posting, audits, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for all employees. This includes confirming accurate data in iCIMS flows to People Portal and then to UKG, working with the proper Team Members for support.
  • Job Posting: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and post job advertisements across various platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
  • Audits: Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes and systems to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, track progress, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support Nationwide Recruitment: Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team across multiple locations nationwide, ensuring consistency and efficiency in recruitment processes.
