We are recruiting a Team Leader for a new 2-bed children’s residential home in Liverpool L11, supporting young people with EBD. The role involves leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring the day-to-day running of the home meets Ofsted standards, safeguarding requirements, and organisational policies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and support Residential Care Workers
- Support young people with emotional and behavioural needs
- Maintain safeguarding and promote the welfare of children
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Support consistency, routines, and positive outcomes
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (essential)
- Experience in children’s residential care
- Knowledge of EBD, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- Ability to lead by example
Details:
- £14.83 per hour
- £60 per sleep-in
- 2 on / 4 off rota
- 162.5 hours per month
