We are recruiting a Team Leader for a new 2-bed children’s residential home in Liverpool L11, supporting young people with EBD. The role involves leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring the day-to-day running of the home meets Ofsted standards, safeguarding requirements, and organisational policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and support Residential Care Workers
  • Support young people with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Maintain safeguarding and promote the welfare of children
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Support consistency, routines, and positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (essential)
  • Experience in children’s residential care
  • Knowledge of EBD, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • Ability to lead by example

Details:

  • £14.83 per hour
  • £60 per sleep-in
  • 2 on / 4 off rota
  • 162.5 hours per month

This is an opportunity to join a new children’s home with a supportive Registered Manager and Responsible Individual already in place.
