An opportunity has arisen with a leading global construction consultancy to support a high-profile DEFRA project in Weybridge. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to an experienced Project Manager with specialist expertise in containment and controlled environments.
You’ll be joining at a critical stage of the programme, taking ownership of modular delivery within a highly regulated, live operational setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead delivery of modular / off-site construction packages
- Manage containment and controlled environment requirements (labs, secure or healthcare settings)
- Coordinate contractors and stakeholders within a live, operational environment
- Ensure compliance with strict regulatory, safety and security protocols
- Drive programme, risk and quality outcomes through to completion
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering containment or controlled facilities
- Strong background in modular / off-site construction
- Experience working in live or highly regulated environments
- Comfortable operating at pace in a delivery-focused role
- Security clearance required
- Immediate start
- Monday - Friday, 5 days per week (minimum 3 days per week on site in Weybridge)
- Competitive day rate
