We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client working on the HS2 team for utility diversion packages. You will be part of a team responsible for the sub contractor management of a package worth circa 30m, taking commercial lead internally and externally. Key Responsibilities:Lead monthly project cost reporting and risk meetingsManage and assess project variationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractorsMentor and develop junior team membersOversee contractual claims, changes, and produce monthly client applicationsIdeal Candidate:Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent)Member of RICS, CIOB, or similar professional body (desirable)Proven experience managing large-scale projects in a commercial settingKnowledge of current construction technology and sustainability considerationsExperience in managing a range of contracts within complex project environmentsThis is a great opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a high-profile project and make a significant impact.
