Oversee all MEP-related commercial activities on large-scale construction projects Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts Work closely with project teams to ensure cost certainty and value engineering Support and mentor junior QS team members where appropriate Ensure alignment with project delivery timelines and financial targets Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a focus on MEP packages Strong background in Tier 1 main contracting on large commercial developments Adept at managing high-value MEP packages from pre-construction to final account Open to candidates from a MEP subcontractor background Flexible Working: This role offers 2 days of hybrid working per week , giving you the flexibility to balance office and remote work while staying connected to your project and team.
