I'm working with one of the UK's leading multidisciplinary consultancies as they continue to invest in the growth of their Milton Keynes office.

They're looking for an ambitious Associate Director who wants more than just another title they're looking for someone who wants to influence strategy, shape a growing team and become one of the faces of the business across the region.

This is a genuine leadership opportunity where your personality will carry just as much weight as your technical ability.

What will you be doing?

You'll lead the delivery of high-profile projects across both the public and private sectors, working with major financial institutions, government organisations, blue-chip clients and large commercial developers.

Alongside project delivery, you'll become a trusted adviser to clients, strengthening existing relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow the business.

  • Leading projects from inception through to completion.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Generating new business and identifying fee opportunities through your professional network.
  • Managing governance, commercial performance, risk and programme delivery.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing Project Managers across the team.
  • Working alongside Directors to help shape the future growth of the Milton Keynes business.
  • Collaborating with Building Surveying, Cost Management and wider multidisciplinary teams to deliver market-leading solutions.

What you look like?

This role is all about personality, presence and commercial awareness.

You'll probably already be operating as a Senior Project Manager or Associate and be ready for that next leadership step.

  • MAPM or MRICS Qualified
  • A proven background delivering projects across the public and private sectors.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A demonstrable track record of generating fees and winning work.
  • Commercial awareness with experience developing existing accounts and securing new opportunities.
  • Experience mentoring and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, confidence and the ability to influence at every level.
  • A natural ability to network and represent the business in the market.
