My client is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to work with a leading contractor delivering a landmark £80m development in Norfolk. The project is already on site and will run until early 2027, with a few pre-con elements still in play.
The successful candidate would come with a solid background in large-scale fit-out projects to take ownership of the planning responsibilities. You’ll be reporting directly to the Regional Lead Planning Manager and collaborating closely with the site team.
The successful candidates will have proven fit-out experience, ideally with projects valued £20m+, and a strong working knowledge of ASTA. Any broader construction experience is desirable but not essential, as is familiarity with the Last Planner System.
This role is being offered on either a freelance or permanent basis. The project requires someone for a minimum of 3 days per week, with 2 of those days being based on site and one WFH. If you are more interested in a permanent opportunity, there will be other projects in the East Anglia region that you could work on for the remaining two days of the week.
The pay rate for this Senior Planning Manager position is £500-£550 per day. Salary is negotiable.
