Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Principal Contractor (MEP Division) London (Zone 2) – Hybrid Working Available We are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected principal contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality data centre and commercial fit-out projects across the Southeast and other parts of the UK. With an annual turnover of approximately £90m, the business has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, reliability, and long-term client partnerships. With a strong pipeline of prestigious schemes and a proven track record of promoting from within, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to take ownership of major projects and lead commercial delivery from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a flagship Central London fit-out project, ensuring cost control, value optimisation, and contractual compliance. This role offers the autonomy to run your own schemes while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
