Overview

The Project Lead role plays a key role in the successful delivery of major residential development projects from acquisition through to completion. This position is responsible for coordinating internal teams and external consultants, managing planning and design processes, monitoring budgets and timelines, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Location: West London.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full development lifecycle of a major residential project in West London.
  • Coordinate architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards from pre-development through construction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to align product design with target demographics and branding.
  • Prepare and present project reports, financial updates, and risk assessments to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Drive value engineering and sustainable design initiatives where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management or a related field.
  • Around 6 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
  • Strong understanding of planning processes, construction, and financial modelling.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage major projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools and Fieldview software is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • RICS, MCIOB or other relevant professional accreditation is advantageous.
  • Experience working on large-scale residential developments.
