We are working with a Tier 1 residential developer to appoint an experienced Project Lead to oversee a landmark £600m mixed-use residential development in Zone 1, Central London. This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the most significant high-rise residential schemes currently underway in the capital, comprising three high-rise tower blocks, including the tallest tower in this part of London. The project is currently at groundworks stage and will be delivered over the next 9 years, offering long-term security and legacy project involvement.
The Role
Reporting directly into a Director, the Project Lead will take overarching responsibility for commercial, technical, and production functions, with a strong emphasis on production leadership and programme delivery. Given the scale and complexity of the scheme, this role is heavily focused on planning, strategy, and governance, with approximately 80% of time spent on planning, paperwork, programme management, and board-level reporting, and 20% site presence, including weekly site walk-arounds. The development presents significant logistical challenges, consisting of a delivery every 15 minutes for 8 hours per day, requiring exceptional coordination and forward planning.

- Managing complex logistics for a high-rise, tight-site development
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across all phases
- Stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
