An established and highly regarded MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join the delivery team on a flagship Data Centre development in London. The Role
As Mechanical Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day mechanical delivery on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing mechanical installation activities across the project
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and specialist packages
- Overseeing HVAC, pipework, plant room, and associated mechanical systems
- Driving programme, sequencing, and short-term planning
- Monitoring installation quality and technical compliance
- Managing site reporting, technical queries, and coordination issues
- Working closely with Project Managers, consultants, and client teams
- Ensuring HSE procedures and site standards are maintained
- Supporting commissioning, snagging, and final handover
- Coordinating with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
