Contract (Fully Remote, UK-Based)
£35–£38 per hour (Outside IR35)
A leading Data Centre IT and Design Consultancy Specialist is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. This fully remote opportunity offers competitive rates of £35–£38 per hour and the chance to work on cutting-edge data centre projects across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and detailed MEP Revit models for complex data centre designs.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
- Maintain project standards and contribute to quality assurance processes.
- Support the development and refinement of BIM workflows within the consultancy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MEP Revit Technician within the building services or data centre sector.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, with a solid understanding of BIM processes and standards.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
- Must be UK-based and eligible to work on a contract basis.
