Join a leading force in the commercial fit-out industry. Our client, a Tier 1 MEP Contractor with a reputation for delivering high-spec CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects across London, is seeking a dynamic MEP Contracts Manager to help lead its growing portfolio within the Commercial Fit-Out Division.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, you will take ownership of multiple high-profile projects, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight. This is a key role in driving success across the business’s commercial pipeline and ensuring excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small portfolio of CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects across London.
• Oversee and support project teams, ensuring delivery to the highest quality, safety, and commercial standards.
• Drive work-winning efforts including leadership of bids and tenders.
• Manage recruitment, team development, and performance appraisals.
• Maintain robust cost control across all projects.
• Collaborate with the Director of Fit-Out to shape divisional strategy and growth.
