Our client, a leading Tier 1 MEP Contractor, has firmly established itself as one of the top three in the London market. With a robust pipeline of projects across diverse sectors, including commercial, data centres, residential, healthcare, and life sciences, they’ve built strong relationships with Tier 1 main construction contractors over the years.
As the company continues to grow and secure large-scale projects across Central London, they are actively seeking a MEP Project Commercial Lead / Manager to join their dynamic team.
About the Role
- Project: Large-scale commercial office project in Central London with a build value of £500m.
- Package: The electrical package alone is valued at £35m.
- Responsibilities:
- Act as the key commercial lead for the project, working alongside the Project Director.
- Oversee and mentor 2 junior MEP Quantity Surveyors.
- Be client-facing, managing relationships with a leading main contractor.
- Handle all aspects of commercial management, ideally with prior experience completing two-stage projects.
- Requirements: Resilience, strong client-facing skills, and proven expertise in delivering similar large-scale projects.
