We are currently seeking two experienced Mechanical Project Managers to join a well‑established M&E contractor’s London division, delivering commercial mechanical projects across the City of London.
The role will focus on delivering projects within live environments, managing fast‑paced “small works” projects with values ranging from £100k to £2m.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mechanical projects from pre‑construction through to completion
- Manage works within live commercial environments, ensuring minimal disruption
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage programmes, budgets, and variations
- Liaise directly with clients and consultants
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites
- Oversee commissioning and handover processes
- Attend site and client meetings as required
Requirements
- Strong background working in live environments
- Experience managing small works projects (£100k – £2m)
- Strong commercial and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to work out of hours when required to meet business needs
