A medium-sized MEP Contractor thriving under new leadership has entered into several new sectors amidst its ambitious growth plans. As such, they require a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical installation on a health care project in Surrey, with an M&E value of £11.5m.
The scheme is currently in pre-construction, due to start on-site in July with project completion scheduled for summer 2026. You will work alongside an Electrical Project Manager and report to a Project Director who will be on site 1-2 times a week.

Some of your duties will include:
- Manage and oversee the mechanical project from initiation through completion.

- Ensure all mechanical systems meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders to address technical challenges, changes, and updates.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably within M&E contracting.
- Experience managing hospital or large-scale building projects is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
