An established and highly regarded MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join the delivery team on a flagship Data Centre development in London. Known for delivering technically demanding schemes and high-value MEP packages, the business provides fully integrated building services solutions from design through to commissioning and handover. As Mechanical Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day mechanical delivery on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing mechanical installation activities across the project
  • Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and specialist packages
  • Overseeing HVAC, pipework, plant room, and associated mechanical systems
  • Driving programme, sequencing, and short-term planning
  • Monitoring installation quality and technical compliance
  • Working closely with Project Managers, consultants, and client teams
  • Supporting commissioning, snagging, and final handover
  • Coordinating with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on major projects is required, along with a strong mechanical building services background. Previous Data Centre or mission critical experience is highly desirable, as well as experience delivering large-scale MEP installations and a good technical understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems. The ability to work within fast-paced project environments is essential.
