People Group is seeking an experienced Social Value Manager (Diversity & Inclusion) to join a major rail infrastructure programme on an initial 4-month contract.
The role is hybrid, with travel to project locations across the North East and North West of England.
You will develop social value plans, assess equality and diversity impacts, and report on KPIs using Power BI, working with clients, contractors and suppliers to maximise social outcomes.
