A leading Global Building Consultancy is looking to add a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to its growing London Building Surveying team in London & the South East. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment delivering a wide range of services across sectors including public and private sector, education, defence, and infrastructure. This role offers excellent exposure to both professional and project work, alongside a clear pathway to Chartership.

- Deliver a range of building surveying services across multiple projects and sectors
- Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence
- Support project delivery, including contract administration under JCT and NEC
- Assist with refurbishment, maintenance, and capital projects
- Contribute to building safety and sustainability compliance (including CDM and BSA)
- Engage in CPD, training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited or equivalent)
Understanding of construction, contracts (JCT/NEC) and project delivery
Proficient in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD/Revit advantageous)
