What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing subcontractor and material categories across a portfolio of construction projects
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders and external supply chain partners
  • Providing market intelligence, risk reports, and category insights
  • Supporting commercial decisions through robust financial due diligence
  • Leading or contributing to supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives
  • Developing business cases and influencing cost strategies through effective negotiation
  • Driving sustainability goals including net zero carbon, offsite construction, and materials reuse

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • Procurement, supply chain, account or category management
  • Construction industry experience highly desirable
  • Skilled in supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation
  • Confident with stakeholder engagement at all levels

  • MCIPS qualified or working towards
