What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing subcontractor and material categories across a portfolio of construction projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders and external supply chain partners
- Providing market intelligence, risk reports, and category insights
- Supporting commercial decisions through robust financial due diligence
- Leading or contributing to supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives
- Developing business cases and influencing cost strategies through effective negotiation
- Driving sustainability goals including net zero carbon, offsite construction, and materials reuse
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Procurement, supply chain, account or category management
- Construction industry experience highly desirable
- Skilled in supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation
- Confident with stakeholder engagement at all levels

- MCIPS qualified or working towards
- IT-literate and data-savvy
