A project of this scale and complexity is unlikely to be repeated. The role is titled 'Package Manager', but could suit a Sub Agent, Site Agent or Construction Manager. You will be responsible for owning one of several key packages across this part of the multi billion pound project. You'll have experience with strucutral steel, glazing, cladding, envelop eor facades. You'll work at the heart of the delivery team and help to turn an incredibly complex design into reality.You'll have the opportunity to:Own a significant work package through deliverySolve complex technical and construction challengesManage major subcontractors and critical project interfacesSee your work become part of a landmark transport hub that will shape London's futureWhat you'll need to be successful? An HND or Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Strucutral Engineering or Construction Management or equivalentExperience in working on major infrastructure or complex construction projectsStrong subcontractor and site management experience, ideally working with structural steel, roofing, cladding, envelope or glazingWorking knowledge of NEC contractsA CSCS card and SMSTSTemporary works and lifting experience would be beneficialOn offer is a salary of around 70,000 - 80,00 per annum, a 10% annual bonus, a travel allowance, pension, private medical and holiday.
