We are delivering a flagship £95m healthcare fit out project in the heart of London—transforming a high-spec commercial office development into a private medical facility. We are now looking to build the core delivery team ahead of main works commencing later this summer and are seeking experienced professionals across the following positions:
The Project:
- Premium 5* private hospital fit out
- Complex MEP and specialist healthcare installations
- MRI and specialist medical equipment integration
- High-end clinical, patient, and back-of-house environments
Each Site Manager will take ownership of an individual floor/package.
The candidates will preferably have the following but are not essential:
- Strong understanding of specialist healthcare installations
- Experience coordinating medical equipment integration (MRI, imaging suites, etc.)
- Proven Healthcare or Life Sciences project experience
- Track record delivering high-spec fit out projects
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder and design coordination challenges
