What you'll be doing:

- Developing and implementing strategies that deliver value, manage risk, and support successful project outcomes
- Providing expert leadership on NEC contracts, cost management, forecasting, change control, and commercial negotiations
- Driving contractor and consultant performance while fostering collaborative supply chain relationships
- Leading, coaching, and developing Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors
- Influencing programme boards and senior stakeholders to support key commercial decisions
To be successful in this position, it is felt that you will have:
- Significant experience managing the commercial aspects of large scale infrastructure programmes (£500m–£1bn)
- Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract expertise
- Proven success in cost control, forecasting, change management, and commercial negotiations
- Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience managing commercial risk and delivering value for money
- An HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Chartered status (RICS, CICES or equivalent)
On offer is a salary of around £95,000 along with an annual bonus of up to 20%, a £7,200 car allowance, private health care and a very generous employer pension contribution.
If you're ready to make a real impact, help deliver essential infrastructure, and contribute to a sustainable future for millions of people, then please don't hesitate to apply via email, or drop Rob a call on 020 3998 7671.
