Working as part of a high-performing project team, they will oversee design coordination, procurement, subcontractor management, programme delivery, quality assurance, and commercial performance.Key responsibilities include:Leading and coordinating all mechanical elements of the projectManaging subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest qualityDriving programme performance in line with project milestonesOverseeing technical submissions, RFIs, and design development in collaboration with consultantsEnsuring compliance with health & safety and building regulationsSupporting commercial teams with cost control, valuations, and change managementManaging commissioning activities and ensuring successful project handoverThe CandidateThe successful candidate will be a proven Mechanical Lead or Senior Mechanical Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments xbpsjku for a reputable main contractor or leading M&E contractor.They will demonstrate:A strong track record of managing high-value mechanical packagesExcellent technical knowledge of building services systemsExperience working on complex builds in Central LondonThe ability to lead teams and build strong relationships with stakeholdersCommercial awareness and programme management expertiseA proactive, solutions-focused approachDiscipline(s): Building ServicesJob type: Permanent
