Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing BIM documentation, processes, and protocols for various clients and projects.
- Managing and supporting Information Management initiatives.
- Working with IFC and IFC-SPF file formats.
- Delivering high-quality customer service and client support.
- Using Revit for 3D modelling tasks.
- Performing clash detection and data validation using Solibri or Navisworks.
- Exporting and federating COBie spreadsheets for construction data delivery.
- Defining and establishing clear working procedures.
- Leading and participating in client meetings with strong communication skills.
- Managing time effectively and working independently to meet project deadlines.
The Successful Candidate
With a background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction, the candidate will understand the transformative impact of BIM across the industry. They’ll use this insight to guide clients towards innovative and effective solutions. Experience within a client-side environment and a working knowledge of typical procedures and documentation would be advantageous. A minimum of three years' experience in a similar Information Management role is expected. Proficiency in key software such as Revit, Solibri or Navisworks, and the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
