Job Title: Emerging Talent Assistant Manager – Graduate Programme

Job Summary

The assistant will support a range of activities across the Talent and Development team, with a primary focus on supporting Emerging Talent Development activity. The role will be an initial 6 month contract, open to both part time/flexible or full time basis.

Key Responsibilities

You will be supporting and assistance in the organisation and delivery of the global graduate programme including:

  • Assisting with the on-boarding and induction process
  • Data management including maintaining accurate data records and reporting
  • Engaging with external training providers and universities
  • Supporting senior management with daily administrative tasks
  • Responding to ad-hoc queries from the current emerging talent cohorts
  • Organising logistics for development sessions including booking rooms, compiling attendance lists, preparing resources and reports
  • Liaising with stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Facilitating regular 1-2-1 meetings with emerging talent
  • Assisting with monitoring the progress of the emerging talent cohort
  • Providing support of key events and periods throughout the year

Person specification:

Technical Competencies required:

  • Competent in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Confident with data and being able to use excel to capture and report data
  • Experience of early talent cycles
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to effectively answer questions and communicate with internal and external audiences at all levels of management
  • Experience of using an online learning management system.
  • Eexperience in supporting talent programmes or internal training activity
