I’m currently working with a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor on a prestigious commercial project in the City of London with an MEP value of £50 million, and I’m looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile electrical package within a complex, fast-paced environment, delivering top-tier commercial standards and working alongside an experienced project team.

About the Opportunity:

The role offers full end-to-end responsibility for the electrical scope of this £50m MEP project. You will be at the heart of the delivery team, managing all aspects of electrical design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the electrical team on-site, coordinating directly with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues efficiently to keep the project on track.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale commercial M&E projects, ideally in the £20–£100m range.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, design management, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities across a complex project.
