Client: The client is a global consultancy and construction delivery organisation operating across the built environment, providing end-to-end services including construction delivery, project and programme management, cost and commercial management, and strategic advisory. With an international footprint and experience across commercial, residential, infrastructure, healthcare, education, and public-sector sectors, they are known for delivering complex, high-value projects through rigorous governance, strong stakeholder management, and a focus on safety, quality, and sustainability. Their approach combines technical expertise with digital innovation and collaborative delivery models to support clients from early strategy through to completion.
Due to a restructure in the business, they are now hiring a Digital Service Delivery Director.
Purpose of Role
To hold full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of the business digital estate, ensuring secure, efficient, and innovative digital services that meet business needs and drive organisational success. This includes:
- Operational Delivery: Overseeing the effective management and performance of all company applications, technology platforms, and outsourced services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Security: Leading IT security strategy and operations to protect the business from cyber threats, mitigate GDPR risks, and maintain ISO27001 compliance.
