Leading Construction Main Contractor (Specialist MEP Division) in Central London is seeking a Senior MEP Commercial Manager for a landmark commercial development located adjacent to a major London train station. The project is currently in pre-construction, with the next 6 months focused on early-stage commercial and procurement strategy. Practical completion is scheduled for late 2028, offering long-term project stability and the chance to see a flagship scheme through from inception to delivery. The MEP package value is circa £40m, and the project is being delivered alongside the contractor’s major projects construction division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full commercial ownership of the MEP package from pre-construction through to final account
- Lead cost planning, procurement strategy, contract administration and commercial reporting
- Work closely with the main construction team, design managers and supply chain partners
- Manage risk, value engineering and change control across the lifecycle of the project
- Provide commercial leadership to project teams and support junior commercial staff

- Confident operating in pre-construction and influencing commercial strategy from day one
Salary: £110,000 – £125,000 + comprehensive package:
- £7,200 car allowance
