A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong project management background to join their growing team in Central London. Renowned for delivering high-quality Commercial and Life Sciences schemes, the business continues to secure an impressive pipeline of technically complex and innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of all building services (M&E) on Commercial and Life Sciences projects.
  • Lead technical reviews and ensure designs meet project requirements.
  • Manage services subcontractors, monitoring performance, progress and cost control.
  • Provide expert guidance during pre-construction, design development and installation stages.
  • Support risk management, value engineering and procurement activities.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing professional updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive quality assurance and ensure full compliance with regulations and company standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Building Services Manager or MEP Project Manager within a Main Contractor environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
  • Background in delivering Commercial or Life Sciences projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-profile Central London environment.
