This growing business, operating as a main contractor and delivering high-value projects across multiple sectors, is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to join its site delivery team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in high-quality delivery and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating a proven track record in the safe delivery of high-quality medium to large-scale projects, on time and within budget.
  • Maintaining a full understanding of the scope of works for all mechanical and electrical subcontractor packages.
  • Managing on-site mechanical and electrical subcontractor works.
  • Coordinating M&E activities with the wider site management team.
  • Liaising with the Building Services Manager, Project Manager, and Quantity Surveyor regarding works outside the agreed scope.
  • Ensuring full compliance with current Health & Safety and CDM legislation.
  • Reviewing subcontractor method statements and risk assessments and monitoring compliance throughout the project.
  • Issuing, monitoring, and closing out permits for M&E and associated works.
  • Inspecting installations to ensure compliance with contract and design requirements.
  • Raising NCRs for non-compliant or substandard works.
  • Ensuring inspection and test plans (ITPs) are produced, reviewed, and closed out.
  • Compiling snagging lists and managing the close-out process.
  • Ensuring as-installed works align with design intent and end-user requirements.
  • Understanding the building contract and managing key stakeholder interfaces, including client representatives and design teams.

Essential requirements:

  • CSCS and SMSTS certification.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Electrical and/or Mechanical trade qualification.
