A leading UK M&E contractor delivering high-quality building services projects across the Commercial, Residential, Data centres and healthcare sectors is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its growing London team.

This role will focus on the delivery of multiple commercial projects across the City of London, offering long-term stability, a strong pipeline of secured work, and clear progression opportunities within a well-established and respected business.

  • Manage the full electrical delivery across multiple commercial schemes
  • Oversee electrical installation, commissioning, QA/QC, and programme performance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact for all electrical aspects of the project
  • Support project planning, reporting, and commercial performance alongside the wider project team
  • Contribute to pre-construction activities including procurement strategy, programme input, and design coordination

Strong experience delivering electrical packages on commercial projects (CAT A / CAT B, refurbishment or new build). Proven ability to manage multiple projects or complex schemes simultaneously. Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services including power, lighting, containment, LV systems, and commissioning. Confident managing subcontractors, site teams, and client expectations.
