A leading Tier One Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Lead to join its high-performing team, delivering a flagship data centre project in West London. This is a senior, client-facing role at Associate Director level, offering the opportunity to lead complex, high-value works within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the electrical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical delivery strategy across a major data centre project
- Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Oversee design development, technical reviews, and value engineering processes
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Drive programme performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Act as the primary electrical lead in client and stakeholder meetings
- Support commercial teams in cost control, procurement, and reporting
