Are you highly organised, detail-focused and looking to build a career in bids within the construction or built environment sector? We’re looking for a Bidding Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality tender submissions across a range of exciting construction and infrastructure opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative work-winning team, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting bids from initial enquiry through to submission. You’ll work closely with Bid Managers, technical experts and wider stakeholders, helping to coordinate activity, develop content and ensure every submission is professional, compliant and compelling.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of bids and tender submissions
  • Reviewing tender documentation and helping define requirements and deadlines
  • Tracking bid progress and supporting programme management
  • Proofreading and editing content to ensure clarity and quality
  • Coordinating internal reviews and approvals
