Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with regional and site leadership teams, delivering people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and cultural alignment. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel (60β70%) across multiple sites (North β Liverpool/Manchester) Act as a trusted HR business partner, providing guidance and support to leaders and operational teams. Lead HR projects to improve employee experience, streamline processes, and support talent development. Manage recruitment and coach managers to build leadership capability. Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. Champion engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture. Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights for business decision-making. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience. Proven HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of UK employment law. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
