A leading MEP Contractor is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, working on-site in Central London. This is a key role supporting the delivery of complex, high-value construction projects through effective BIM strategy, coordination, and implementation.
The successful candidate will take ownership of BIM processes across mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring information is produced, coordinated, and delivered in line with project and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the BIM function across MEP projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project standards
- Coordinate MEP models with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client BIM requirements
- Manage and support BIM Coordinators and Modellers
- Oversee clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution
- Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related matters on site
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager within an MEP contracting environment
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and common data environments (CDEs)
- Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM best practice
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Central London
