Site Agent - Civil Contractor

This is a great opportunity to join a family-run Tier One civil engineering contractor. The company offers a non-bureaucratic working environment along with the chance to work on larger, more complex, and prestigious civil engineering projects.\\n\\nAs a Site Agent, you will be working on a major infrastructure-led regeneration project located in central York. The project involves extensive coordination with multiple third parties, including Network Rail.\\n\\nIn this role, you will lead all of the planning and construction delivery of several bridges and reinforced earth structures.

This is a highly technical package of works that will include tandem lifts over live rail.\\n\\nYou will be:\\nDeveloping the construction programme and monitor weekly targets. \\nManaging the relationship with the sub-contractors. \\nOwning HSEQS protocols on site.\\nMaintaining quality control procedures. \\nEnsuring that the TWR is in place and is up to date. \\nMonitoring onsite energy and waste data. \\nManaging change and any events that have the potential to impact the effective delivery.\\nDriving and motivating your team to meet the pace of the project.\\nCoordinating and prioritising the sequence of activities on site.\\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\\nHold a relevant qualification in Civil Engineering (HNC, HND, or Degree).\\nHave significant site-based experience on civil engineering projects.\\nHave experience of working to Network Rail processes and specifications.\\nHave a valid CSCS Card and either SSSTS or SMSTS.\\nOn offer is a salary of £65,000 – £70,000 per annum, a car allowance, DC pension, private medical insurance, 26 days holiday etc.\\n\\nInterested?
