Senior Planner

You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from identifying and tendering opportunities through to delivery. No two days will look the same. A team that makes your life easier. The framework turns over around £25M a year, with a strong pipeline that includes new aircraft stands, apron works and a range of smaller schemes. There's also scope to support other projects and frameworks across the UK aviation portfolio, which spans major commercial airports and military sites. Real flexibility and trust. The role is four days a week on site, but this can flex, for example three days one week and four the next. If you need to attend an appointment, that's fine. Nobody will be clocking you in and out or micromanaging your time. Supportive, informal leadership. You'll report to the Head of Planning for the Aviation division, who runs weekly catch-ups, talks through challenges with you and offers support when needed, while giving you the freedom to drive things yourself. Client facing influence. You'll work directly with the client, collaborating on solutions rather than simply producing programmes in isolation. A business that invests in its people.
