Specialising in the Commercial Sector, they consistently deliver high-quality projects valued between £150,000 and £15,000,000. With a strong reputation for excellence, they are looking to expand their team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their growing portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage the cost aspects of a range of projects Prepare and review detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, and contract documentation Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate cost assessments and manage project budgets Provide cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Monitor and manage contract performance and ensure projects are completed within budget Assist with value engineering, cost forecasting and risk management Negotiate contract terms and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers Ensure timely submission of applications for payments and valuations Advise on contractual disputes and assist with final accounts Skills
