Package Manager - Sub Agent / Site Agent

Deliver something the UK may never build again. This is your opportunity to work on an iconic multi-billion pound project in West London.  At its centre is a hugely complex, bespoke roof structure that will become a defining feature of the transport hub. Its scale, engineering complexity and architectural ambition are expected to make it globally recognised. This isn't another major project. It's a one-off. A project of this scale and complexity is unlikely to be repeated.  As a Package Manager (think experienced Sub Agent or Site Agent), you'll take ownership of one of several key packages across this section of the project - strucutral steel, glazing, cladding, facades - and you'll be working at the heart of the delivery team to turn an incredibly complex design into reality. You'll have the opportunity to: Own a significant work package through delivery Solve complex technical and construction challenges Manage major subcontractors and critical project interfaces See your work become part of a landmark transport hub that will shape London's future What you'll need to be successful?  A Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent Experience in working on major infrastructure or complex construction projects Strong subcontractor and site management experience, ideally working with structural steel, roofing, cladding or glazing Working knowledge of NEC contracts A CSCS card and SMSTS Temporary works and lifting experience would be beneficial On offer is a salary of around £70,000 - £80,00 per annum, a 10% annual bonus, a travel allowance, pension, private medical and holiday.  If you're looking for a project that will give you something genuinely different to talk about for the rest of your career, this is it.
