Operations Manager - Hyperoptic Installations

This company\’s vision is to deliver world-class services to telecoms companies specialising in dependency management and end-to-end fibre solutions. They are looking for an Installation Manager with experience in fibre‑optic installations.

What will you be doing?

• You will be responsible for a team of 15‑20 engineers, where you\’ll receive work requests that you will have to distribute to the team.
• Installing broadband from the white boxes to multiple flats.
• Conducting full turn‑key installations.
• Have a good understanding of fibre terminology and schedule installations and inform customers as well as clients within the business ahead of time.

Essential for the role:

• Experience/understanding in provisioning.
• Must have worked for or on Openreach projects.
• Experience installing fibre on a residential project.
• Managed teams of engineers.
• Full UK Drivers Licence.

On offer is a salary of between £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, pension, discretionary bonus, and 24 days holiday.
